In addition to cognitive and solution focused therapy, I am trained in somatic modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy and LENS Neurofeedback. Because I believe everyone is uniquely designed, I use an integrated approach to therapy and work closely with you to create a customized treatment plan.
