I am passionate about empowering clients to find their voice & gain insight in a supportive & non-judgmental environment. I specialize in counseling for adult children of domineering or narcissistic parents, survivors of childhood abuse & counseling for women. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions & parenting.
I help my clients make sense of the difficulties they are facing today by processing some of the trauma they may have experienced & ultimately create change. Overall, I recognize that my clients have their own unique pathway to follow & my job is to walk alongside them providing support, tools & insight.
