I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, trauma and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. As a therapist, I have been able to help adolescences who are struggling with academic-related stress, bullying, peer pressure, family issues, past traumas, parenting styles, and other problems that all contribute to a person's mental health or overall wellbeing.
Additionally, I have expertise with working with teenagers and adults populations. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which are both effective treatment modalities with adolescents and other populations. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
