Fall is now here. Is it a new season for you, too? Autumn anxiety? Nervous? Overwhelmed? Sad? Stuck? Betrayed? Has there been a new life change, marriage, relationship or other issue? Therapy may help. Here's a little info about me. I work with individuals & couples who seek therapy to process the "hard stuff" - tragedy, trauma, life transitions or change in professional & personal trajectories. I won't give you advice or tell you what to do. However, you will gain healthy coping tools & skills to navigate your journey to wellness. We will collaborate to develop your treatment plan, processing your concerns & goals at your own pace.
If you need support in navigating your current crisis, past trauma, anxiety or depression symptoms, counseling may allow you to transform your challenges into helpful pathways of prosperity and purpose. Most of my clients are Black women & couples, and I use eclectic, liberation methods for each client. To discuss, feel free to reach out via phone or email.
