As a State licensed psychotherapist and nationally certified counselor providing mental health and addictions counseling to adult patients of all ages and from all walks of life, I believe that each individual is unique and requires services relative to their own specific circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all approach to whatever concerns they present.
I utilize the best practices from a variety of therapeutic approaches to address the patient's immediate concerns as well as find the root cause of their issues. My approach challenges the patient to find the answers within themselves and empowers them to take control of their lives and achieve consistently positive outcomes in their future.
