I have 10 years of experience in private and public sector. I specialize in working with teenagers (14+) and adults. I offer a holistic approach to address concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I utilize trauma based approaches while incorporating elements of DBT, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness and somatic interventions.
In the first session we will focus on learning about each other, your story, strengths, goals, and my approach to therapy and expectations. I will welcome any questions and concerns you might have.
