Hi there, I am Erisa. Have you ever felt stuck, alone, or overwhelmed by challenges that life throws at you? Are you looking for a safe space where you can be your true self and process through unresolved painful events? I truly believe that you are capable of overcoming hardships on your own, however that sometimes it can get really intense and difficult to cope alone. I support teens and young adults sailing through life transitions (career changes, schools, relationships, moves, decision making/problem solving, and countless life stressors).
I also enjoy working with couples and families that are wanting to improve their dynamics and communication. Together we can identify what is not working and get you back on track by exploring new ways that work for you. I integrate mindfulness and self-care tools to help manage anxiety and depression.
