I work with individuals to address challenges with focus, emotional regulation, self-worth, and connection. I specialize in working with clients who are living with ADHD, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are trying to balance the demands of daily life while managing internal struggles that aren’t always visible to others.
My therapy style is client centered, eclectic, engaging and affirming. I believe you already carry the strengths and insight needed to heal, my role is to help you access them. Together, we’ll work toward building greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and healthy coping tools that align with your goals.
