My goal as a therapist is to help you develop a creative plan to learn and implement coping skills to overcome these struggles. I treat clients from all walks of life and of all ages. I treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, anger, work or school issues, relationship issues, trauma, parenting, behavioral issues, and marital issues including divorce.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Autplay Therapy Provider. I specialize in Autism, as well as other obstacles such as depression, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem. I mostly use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and play therapy. However, I am open to using an eclectic approach to fit the needs of each client
I believe everyone has personal strengths that will help them to overcome various stressors. It is my job to help individuals to process what is happening in their lives, develop healthy coping skills, create and execute goals, identify strengths, and to utilize these strengths in their daily lives.
