My clinical strengths are treating anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma, adjustment, ADHD, relational issues and grief/loss. I have a special interest in trauma work, am neurodivergent -friendly and enjoy helping clients connect their personality and unique strengths to meeting their life goals.
While I have been trained in a number of therapeutic modalities, I lean toward Solution Focused and Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Looking forward to working with you!
