If you struggle with sexually compulsive behaviors, sexual addiction, or have a partner who has caused devastation in your life, I can help. Trying to stop compulsive behaviors on your own is difficult, and you may find yourself failing and experiencing shame because you don't have the tools you need. Whether these compulsive behaviors come from being betrayed by a partner, experiencing PTSD, being enmeshed with a partner or parent, or grieving a divorce, I can teach you the necessary skills to handle life's challenges. I'm passionate about my work and want to help you.

Some of the issues I help my clients face are sexual abuse and addiction, betrayal trauma, parental enmeshment, relational and developmental trauma, divorce/single parenting, codependency, and women's issues. Some modalities I use include EMDR and Somatic Experiencing (SE).

The group process includes a combination of sharing, feedback, and workbook activities. The goal of the group is to create a safe, caring, and nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth towards your goals for more peace, joy, love, and passion in your life. Groups are available on Tuesdays 9:15-10:45 am or 5-6:30 pm.
