About
It is time to reach out for the support you and your loved ones deserve. Common challenges, including stress management, anxiety and worry, depression, grief and loss, intimate partner issues, and parenting struggles are easier to manage with a supportive therapist on your side. Clients benefit from a blend of a warm, caring therapist, as well as therapy techniques that are proven to work. I offer just that, along with over ten years of experience working with children and families, individuals, and groups in many different places, including schools and counseling clinics.
Parents are often relieved to hear that I can offer special help with young children and infants. Also, if you're struggling with past hurts you're welcome here. I won't expect you to live your past all over again. Instead, I'll help you live today more fully.
