Many people come to therapy after experiencing loss…of a loved one, a relationship, a job, a dream. As some point, we hit a wall and realize how we’re functioning in the world is hindering us from going further, growing more and being happy. This is where I can help.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a compassionate and insightful approach to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their unique challenge and strengthen their relationships. I’m committed to fostering positive change and personal growth for clients. I am trained in EMDR which can be utilized, when appropriate, to process trauma.
Doing this work is hard, even when we have friends and family as support. I can partner with you as someone who cares about your growth and happiness and can step back as a 3rd party to hold up the mirror in a loving and compassionate way.
