Life is hard but it's not something that you have to face alone. I help those that need support in navigating life's challenges whether that be depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, women's health and many other things that can overwhelm our ability to function day to day. I work from a very eclectic, person centered and integrated approach. I believe that each person has unique qualities and personalities which requires a therapist that can find the best approach for them in therapy. Success is built on our relationship and I will work hard to create a rewarding, collaborative experience.
I have 19 years of experience and I have worked with almost every diagnosis. I really enjoy working with people that are experiencing post trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, life transitions (ex. college, post partum) and women's issues. I have worked with mood disorders, relationship transitions/breakups, grief/loss, self esteem and codependency.
I know that life can be extremely hard and challenging. I am here to support you to be successful in the way that you want by utilizing a non-judgemental approach. Together we can get you on the path of healing. I hope to hear from you soon.
