I have 23 years of experience helping my clients change their relationship with their thoughts and feelings as they close the gap between how their lives are and how they want them to be. I draw from different approaches, which allows me to meet my clients where they are, creating a personalized approach unique to the needs of each person. While I specialize in substance abuse, women's issues, and depression, I also help clients develop skills to manage stress, improve their relationship with themselves and others, and adjust to life transitions such as divorce, starting a new relationship, or having a baby.

When addressing issues with substances, I help men and women explore their use to determine if it is problematic and then what, if anything, they want to do about it. Goals can range from reducing the amount consumed to abstaining altogether.
