I am an experienced therapist that specializes in trauma and the mind body connection to stressors in our lives. I have specific training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I have found in my career that we are all complicated with differing life experiences that have made us uniquely who we are. My goal as a therapist is to help you learn about yourself, create greater self awareness and to manage your emotions in a healthy way.
