Whether the pain is recent, decades-old, or even generational, you may find trauma is keeping you stuck in survival mode with most of your energy focused on just getting through the next hour. Your life - your story - feels hijacked by the weight of painful experiences. Despite the fatigue, a part of you still remains curious, maybe even hopeful, that there is more to your future than just coping. If you're ready to take back your agency, reconnect with your resilience, and define yourself beyond your past, I am here to help you reclaim your story.
My approach is rooted in the belief that trauma recovery isn't about erasing or fighting the past but integrating it. Drawing from modalities that include the body in the healing process (somatic work, EMDR, IFS, etc.), I aim to help clients process not just cognitively but physiologically. When your body can reclaim a sense of safety, so can you.
Healing doesn't happen in isolation, and I’ll encourage you to lean into community to find connection. Whether it’s rebuilding trust in relationships, finding your people, or accessing local resources to help you thrive, we'll explore how to weave support into your life. Let's uncover the resilience that has always been there.
