My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and carefully integrates psychoanalytic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives to meet each person’s specific needs.
In my practice, I see individuals and couples; I specialize in the treatment of mood, relationship, and personality difficulties through short- and long-term dynamic psychotherapy. Additionally, I provide psychological testing. My approach is supportive and collaborative, helping you to set your own goals to live the life you want.
