I especially love working with artists, musicians, writers, performers, and other creatives, and I had the honor of directing the counseling center at Columbus College of Art & Design from 2012-2022. I also love working with other therapists! Many of my clients are neurodiverse, queer, CNM, or kink-oriented, and concern areas I work with most include PTSD and complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety and panic, depression, and relationship/interpersonal concerns. My take is that we all have the natural and innate ability to learn, shift, grow, and heal, and I see myself as a collaborative guide and partner in the process of therapy.
I am flexible, trauma-focused, and believe that gaining understanding of ourselves and our experiences is essential in coming to more self-compassion, choice, and freedom. My approach includes genuine care, compassionate challenge, adaptability, and non-judgment/openness. I'm EMDR certified, iRest Level II trained, Unmasking Coaching trained, and an RYT200.
