Sometimes we become stuck in dysfunctional cycles that keep us from being open to life’s possibilities. From a trauma perspective, this may be due to circumstances beyond our control. Using relational techniques, neurofeedback, trauma processing and growth tools such as the enneagram I will partner with you to find your unique path forward.
