I am an experienced instructor of skills training and mindfulness. I can incorporate therapeutic tools, such as art, reading, and writing into therapy to promote healing and offer alternate forms of self-expression, learning, and reflection. I provide a unique therapeutic environment where transformation can unfold and where clients can initiate change.
Teaching DBT skills courses has been transformative - incorporating these skills into therapy helps clients transform their lives one step at a time. I work closely with doctors, psychiatrists, and other clinicians to help meet the needs of clients. I am available for presentations, workshops, and other psycho-educational programs.
