About
I have been passionate about helping children, adults, and families since I was an adolescent. During therapy, I accept you for who you are and I appreciate and understand that everyone is unique. I provide an empathetic, understanding, and honest voice to soothe and support you through our therapy sessions. While I am working with you, I become inspired by seeing you break through barriers and grow within your progress by achieving the goals you set for yourself. It is a privilege and honor to come alongside you, as you navigate the uncertainty and pain that often comes as a result of individual lived experiences.
I offer a 15 minute consultation at no charge to you.
I strive to help you move forward with confidence and resiliency. I use a variety of modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
