Hi! My name is Erin and I am glad you are here. I have been a therapist since 2013 and I love working with clients from all walks of life. I have had the privilege of counseling hundreds of clients throughout the years with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, OCD, PTSD, etc. I believe therapy can provide hope and healing and my goal is to make the process as safe and seamless as possible. Therapy will require work and often some level of discomfort, but if you are ready to heal, I am ready to help.
Together I believe we can come up with a treatment plan that will work for you. I do not believe in a "one type fits all" as everyone has their own experiences that make them unique. I therefore consider myself eclectic in my therapy process, but will often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address certain issues and behaviors.
My husband and 3 little kids are the most important things in my life. We love to travel, swim, play any kind of sport, laugh, and just be together. Life can be hard and I believe we all need help sometimes. My hope is to be a support as we counsel together through some of the messy parts life can throw at us.
