My focus is treating professional women and female college students struggling with anxiety disorders and perfectionism. Clients often have historically been able to cope with the stresses of life, but symptoms such as depression, anxiety, poor focus, sleep or appetite disturbance, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, or relationship conflict are becoming hard to manage. Supporting through changing life circumstances such as relocation, divorce, employment related stressors, performing in high demand jobs or educational programs, and managing life as a working parent is of primary interest.
I have conducted research and presented at international conferences on narcissistic abuse, and have a passion for supporting women navigating recovery from narcissistic abuse and co-parenting with narcissistic partners.
My background includes more than 12 years of providing care in inpatient treatment settings and private practice. As the owner of Inner Calm Wellness Center, I have a holistic view of health care. I hold a BS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan and a MA in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University. Art, travel, and family fuels me.
