My specialities and practice focus include, but are not limited to, eating disorders/ body image issues, self-esteem struggles, infertility issues, postpartum/general depression and anxiety, mothering/parenting struggles, and relationship/family issues. I also provide supervision for students and other professionals earning higher licensing credentials.
I favor an empathic and supportive approach which integrates psychodynamic and psychoanalytic techniques to help clients reduce symptoms and explore/understand the underlying issues of their current life struggles. Short or long-term therapy via telehealth.
