I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, and worked at the Domestic Violence Shelter with women and children from abusive and traumatic situations. My passion is to help people heal from traumatic and crisis filled situations. I am trained in brainspotting, grief and loss and trauma. I want to equip you with tools to help yourself.
