I help individuals, couples, and families interrupt those protective responses that can hijack conversations and prevent real understanding.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide neurodivergent-affirming, systems-focused, and sex-positive care. I am trauma-informed and used EMDR, and co-regulation in my work with couples and individuals. I offer a supportive space to rebuild trust, deepen understanding, increase mutual respect and manage the complexity of life and love.
