You feel anxious, guilty, and stretched too thin. Old family patterns show up in your relationships, leaving you resentful, angry, or unsure of yourself. Living with ADHD or other neurodivergence may add to the overwhelm, making it harder to keep up with the demands of parenting, partnership, and work. You find yourself snapping or shutting down, then feeling weighed down by guilt and self-doubt. More than anything, you want to feel grounded, confident, and present again. I help parents and therapists navigate anxiety, identity, and relationships with compassion through a trauma-informed, attachment-based, feminist lens.
I support mothers, parents of all genders, and fellow therapists in navigating the complex emotional terrain of caregiving, identity, and relational life. My work is rooted in attachment theory, trauma healing, and a feminist, anti-patriarchal lens, always centering your lived experience with compassion and honesty.
My clients experience me as approachable and down-to-earth, yet direct in my feedback. Together, we will explore how you got to where you are today, discover patterns, find ways of healing emotional wounds, and appreciate and build on your strengths. I will help you make sense of your feelings and feel more confident in yourself and your relationships.
