Perfectly Imperfect--A support group for Women
A support group to help women who struggle with feeling like they're not "enough". It's a safe space to talk about why this is such a struggle for so many of us and to learn new tools for combatting that feeling and changing unhelpful behaviors. The support of other women in the group is a vital part of the process. Learning to reach out and be seen, helps us as women to feel capable of making the changes necessary to live happier, more fulfilling lives and to know that we are ENOUGH!

Love and Sex Addiction
This is a group for female love and sex addicts, who are looking for support and healing. Group therapy is an essential part of addiction treatment and this is a safe place for women to feel accepted and talk about addiction without feeling shame or judgement. Sex addiction is a growing problem and although we think of it as primarily a man's issue, it is NOT only men who are affected. This is a place for reaching out to the many, many women whose lives have been turned upside down and need healing and recovery!

A support group for women who would like to better understand how codependent characteristics play out in relationship dynamics and contribute to feelings of resentment, low self worth, and dissatisfaction. Group members learn to use the group as a place to practice maintaining healthy boundaries and give each other support in learning new ways of moving through relationships with others.
