About

My approach to therapy is to create a warm, supportive, collaborative relationship with you or your child. I will work to fully understand where you are feeling "stuck" and then provide evidence-based treatments to help you get back on track. As a doctoral level practitioner, I am experienced in treating a wide range of behavioral and emotional issues: Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Tics/Tourette's, ADHD, Parenting Issues, and Social Issues.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with training in empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I often integrate mindfulness practice into treatment.
I believe that treatment is most effective when there is good coordination of care, so I consult regularly with parents, teachers, and other healthcare providers as you see fit. I am also available for school observations and participation in special education meetings.
