Uses workshop materials from the authors to build skills that promote a cooperative atmosphere at home. Learn how to: treat children unequally but still be fair, respond effectively when children fight, and free children from unhelpful roles and labels.

Children and Teens will learn to: Develop and practice mindful breathing and listening strategies; Increase awareness of their body, thoughts and emotions; Challenge negative thinking and celebrate personal strengths; Practice stress and anxiety reduction strategies; Foster a mindset of gratitude and appreciation.
