My therapeutic approach is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework, and I bring additional expertise as a complex-trauma–trained and EMDR-certified clinician. I am also a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Clinician (PMH-C) and an active professional member of Postpartum Support International.
As a clinical therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and children in a variety of settings. I feel deeply privileged to share a clinical space with those willing to grow and overcome. I have a deep respect it takes to reach out.
