Many of my clients are high-functioning and responsible, but feel pressure to keep it all together at all times. I provide a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and build greater self-trust and emotional balance.
