I am so glad you are taking the steps to find support and take care of yourself! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy helping individuals build on their strengths to find healing. I will work with you to develop treatment goals and offer support as you work towards those goals. I offer both in person and telehealth appointments.
I have experience working in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and utilize a variety of treatment modalities including Patient Centered, Strengths Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I have experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, substance use, grief and relationship issues.
