I am born and raised in the Bay Area. I began my career as a para-professional working with families of children with developmental disabilities. I obtained my Doctor of Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium in 2013. I have worked with adults and children/adolescents in a variety of different settings and contexts, including individual, family, couples and group therapy. I am trained to provide evidence based treatment in a flexible manner.
Therapy is often a challenging endeavor. As such, I aim to create a supportive environment while simultaneously encouraging the client to step outside of one's comfort zone in order to obtain therapy goals. I encourage an open dialogue throughout the process, such that the therapeutic relationship allows for feedback in both directions.
