I view psychotherapy as a collaborative relationship with the primary goals of alleviating distress and empowering clients to make effective choices in their lives. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations of all ages treating anxiety, depression, and trauma among other difficulties of living.
I am a licensed psychologist in New York State and obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University. I have training in cognitive behavioral and family systems therapies and use an integrative approach that is individualized to the needs of each client.
It is most important to me that you feel heard and understood. Your time is valuable and you are the expert on your story. It is my privilege to provide a safe and supportive environment in which you can reach your goals!
