I work with adults of all ages as they face anxiety, stress, compulsive gambling, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues and difficulties in the workplace. My approach begins with building a healthy therapeutic relationship. It is within this context that I will begin to look at the areas of life you would like to change and assist you in creating a plan for doing so. My style is supportive and interactive, incorporating humor at times, to help clients find solutions that fit.
I live by the idea that life is about the journey more than the destination. At times, that journey can be a bit bumpy and a helping hand is needed. I consider it an honor to be that helpful other person, providing feedback, support and a collaborative place to get you back on your right path.
