I provide trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy for adults and adolescents, offering individual and relationship therapy in-person in Tucson and via telehealth across AZ and Florida. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients understand how patterns that once protected them may now feel limiting. Together, we work to move from survival mode toward deeper connection, clarity, and values-driven living.
With over 15 years of experience, I help people who are used to holding it together for everyone else untangle patterns that once protected them but now feel limiting. Using EMDR and Restoration Therapy, I support individual and relationship work focused on emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, honest communication, and sustainable change.
If you’re feeling stretched thin, reactive in ways that don’t reflect who you want to be, or quietly carrying more than your share, therapy can offer space to slow down and make sense of your patterns. With support, you can learn to respond instead of react and show up in relationships with more balance and authenticity.
