To this day, one of the greatest honors of my life is when people trust me enough to share the hard parts of their story - Author unknown. Everyone's story is unique and their own. I believe that my clients have the ability to change the narrative of their story. Life often takes difficult, unexpected turns. It can be helpful to have support as you navigate these new experiences. I work with my clients to co-create change in areas that are important for them. I often work with Clients who have experienced trauma, unexpected life changes, mood disorders such as anxiety or depression, and more.
As a collaborative and systemic therapist, I work with my clients to co-create change. I do not believe therapy is a "one size fits all" treatment; rather, since everyone's story is their own, therapy should be their own as well. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with different groups such as families, couples, and individuals.
