I welcome those taking the step to seek therapy. The therapeutic experience is a unique and powerful one. Life can bring unexpected challenges during uncertain times. What we have control over is how we handle experiences and regulate our feelings/emotions/thoughts. A shift in perspective and new insight can be life changing. We do not live in a vaccum and problems, ( not excluded to) such as family of origin conflict, anxiety and depression may have always been present or come up later in life. I aim to aid you in facing discomfort, resolving the past, accepting the present and growing into the future with clarity and well being.
I will listen and hold a space for you with compassion. At times I will ask "tough questions" to support you deepening inner connection and self acceptance. I see you as the authority of your own life and wish to help you claim this if there are barriers. The complexity of "you" varies and I welcome you with all your complexities and unique gifts.
