I have ten years of clinical experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mental illness, substance use issues and legal issues. Together we can focus on the areas of your life that you want to improve. I utilize humor and non-judgement to help my clients feel comfortable enough to work through the most personal areas of life. A trusting environment is key in allowing ourselves to be authentic and move our life in the direction of true happiness.
