Before moving into private practice, I spent years working with individuals facing severe mental illness and addiction—experiences that shaped my deep respect for resilience and the many ways people learn to survive difficult seasons. I’ve also had the privilege of providing clinical supervision, helping new therapists grow into confident, grounded clinicians.
