I am excited to now be offering immediate Tele-health services. I have over 20 years of experience working w/ teens, parents/families, couples, & individuals. I have developed a passion for today's teenager’s struggles w/social media, video games, phones, vaping, anxiety, stress..my own life challenges have inspired a desire to help other parents, kids, & families who are struggling. I incorporate ones beliefs/values & provide a casual, yet caring atmosphere. I offer convenient sessions via tele-health, I focus on building trust, setting goals, new coping skills and working together towards hope & lasting change!
I focus on helping clients w/ anxiety & depression, eating/body image issues, grief/loss, challenges w/ parenting and co-parenting & aiming for positive change in relationships, families and marriages. I have extensive experience in addiction of all kinds; phone, internet, vaping/drug, & pornography in relation to their affect on families/relationships.
I provide a friendly, non-judgmental environment utilizing various techniques to help my clients work through during sessions and outside of therapy. I view every client and family as unique! I use holistic, strength emotional and cognitive-based therapeutic approaches to create goals and positive action towards healthy, realistic change.
