Being human in modern society is challenging. As we go through life, we often learn to disconnect from our intuition, leading us to feel frustrated, unsure, and lost about our own desires and abilities.I work with both adolescents and adults who struggle with trauma and CPTSD, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, a lack of purpose, difficulties in relationships, and low self-esteem. It often feels overwhelming to tackle these issues, and having another human hold space for you to unpack and explore your experiences can help you to reconnect with your true self and your highest potential.
I can offer you support, guidance and a safe environment to explore your experiences in. My practice is rooted in a holistic and humanistic lens, meaning I believe the mind is not a separate entity from the body. When there is an alignment between the body and the mind, humans have infinite potential to experience peace, joy, curiosity, and love.
In our work together, I utilize a blend of holistic and clinical modalities, including IFS (parts work), CBT & DBT, art therapy, breathwork, and somatic work. Through developing new skills and practices to process difficult life experiences and learning about your nervous system, you can find a sense of clarity, confidence, and peace.
