I believe our experiences shape us and that each client is unique. There is no "one size fits all" approach to treatment, which is why I draw on humanistic, relational, and feminist theory to inform my work.
I am most experienced working with anxiety, athletic performance/injury, identity development, and eating disorders. I have primarily worked with young and emerging adults, athletes, and LGBTQ+ identifying folks in these areas.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for healing and growth and that, through it, impactful change can take place in people’s lives.
