I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in helping individuals navigate life transitions and stress. My work involves accompanying people through significant life challenges, helping them learn skills and tools to manage their stress, if needed, assisting in grieving the loss of what they once envisioned and encouraging them to explore new possibilities for the future. I have a strong background in supporting those affected by cancer and chronic health conditions, as well as their loved ones.

After that, we will focus on the challenges you are facing, as well as your hopes, wishes, and goals for our work together. We will use this information to collaborate on a plan for guiding our future therapy sessions.
