I specialize in perinatal mental health and strive to offer a warm, supportive space for you to process the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Together, we create room for honesty, healing, and a more grounded way forward.
I am a Licensed Professional counselor with over 18 years of experience. In addition to perinatal mental health, I work with depression, anxiety, relationship strain, grief, life transitions, parenting stress, and attachment concerns. Trained in art therapy, I often weave creative expression into our work as a powerful pathway to insight and growth.
