Life is inherently difficult at times and emotional pain is inevitable. You are not broken, weak, or “crazy” for struggling with difficult things and your mental health. Even though you may be in great pain right now, there is always the possibility to grow, heal, and create a fulfilling and meaningful life. Every individual who works with me has a very different life and struggles and my first priority is to get to know and understand you as a person. I work to help you in a way that makes the most sense for your needs.
I've been providing mental health services in a variety of contexts since 2016. My priority is to provide a trauma-informed approach to every person I work with. My role as your therapist is not to give you advice or to tell you what to do. Therapy works best if we work together as a team to identify your goals and overcome obstacles.
You deserve to reclaim your life from anxiety and depression. Having a new relationship with your thoughts and emotions is not out of your reach. If you want to get back to the things that are important to you, I’d love to help you get there.
