Hi! My name is Erin. I am a warm, authentic, and highly intuitive neurodivergent as well as a holistic clinician who uses a bottom up approach to healing. My clients have referred to me as a human wrecking ball, “...but in a good way,” as we update your internal schema and rebuild your fundamental structure for the better.

In sessions together, we will address presenting issues from a neurochemical perspective for those presenting with high anxiety, trauma responses, and depressive or frozen nervous system states. I am trained in EMDR as well as Somatic Experience (SE) and prefer to use an innovative and dynamic approach tailored to each client's experience and needs.
