If you’ve ever felt that no matter how hard you try it is NEVER enough, if your obsession with weight and food have begun to control YOU, if you are weary under the weight of your own inner critic or haunted by the memories in your head and feel there is no one you can trust or with whom you could risk sharing the reality in your head, I am here to help. I know what it feels like to be in your shoes. I know that you likely can’t even conceive of another, freer way of living. But I am certain of this- true recovery is attainable, not just for some of us, for all of us. It IS hard work. And it’s infinitely worth it.
I have 14 years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mood disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma, self-harm, women’s issues and intimate partner betrayal. I provide individual therapy for teens and women seeking to regain control of their lives and to learn to trust themselves, God and others in a safe, affirming environment.
