I know what it feels like to be in your shoes. I know that you likely can’t even conceive of another, freer way of living. But I am certain of this- true recovery is attainable, not just for some of us, for all of us. It IS hard work. And it’s infinitely worth it.
I have 14 years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mood disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma, self-harm, women’s issues and intimate partner betrayal. I provide individual therapy for teens and women seeking to regain control of their lives and to learn to trust themselves, God and others in a safe, affirming environment.
